Anthuriums need a high light but not direct sunlight.

The plant can be used in a few ways depending on its variety. Some types have large flowers that are often used for cutting, while

smaller-flowered types are grown as potted plants. A key feature of the anthurium is that its flowers are long-lasting and bloom consistently throughout the year.

The plant reproduces by offshoots that grow next to the main plant. These are separated and planted in a new pot during favorable times, such as spring and autumn.
