African marigold or Meri Gold is one of the winter seasonal plants, but its presence extends until the beginning of summer, that is, to the month of June.

Its flowers are yellow or orange, and we often find them adorning the streets of cities and covering the sidewalks between the streets.
It is called velor for its softness, which resembles the feel of velvet fabric.
