Once you use the Website for the purpose of purchasing, you are bound by the terms and conditions. Please review the Terms and Conditions before you start using the website. In the event of non-approval or compliance with any law or condition of the list is advised not to use electronic services provided by Sultan Garden Center.

The use of the website's services is available to persons who can only represent themselves legally according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. People who are unable to legally represent themselves under the local contract system cannot use the services of the website.

The terms and conditions below will be applied to all Sultan Garden Center transactions. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1- Prices are subject to change without previous notification.

2- Return, exchange, or warranty services can only be done by submitting the original invoice only.

3- Products can be returned within 4 days from the date of purchase, and discounted Products cannot be returned.

4- No plants return or exchange if they are delivered and received by customer.

5- Products cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been used or were not in their original packaging unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6- The cash is returned within 21 working days by bank transfer, after providing the original IBAN document.

7- Items delivered and installed by the customer and defects due to misuse are not  covered by the warranty.

8- Warranty for electric equipment is 2 year. plants no valid to warranty rules.

9- The warranty doesn't includes gazeboes or umbrellas which damaged due to misuse or weather conditions.

10- Free delivery to major cities within 14 days and to non-major cities if the bill value exceeds 15,000 SAR is free, for the less than 15,000 SAR purchases the delivery fees will be applied.

11- If the delivery is delayed by the customer more than 30 days, additional daily storage costs 5% from the total invoice.

12- If there are any complaints from the consumer, the management needs to be informed immediately, via our call center at 920026026 or via email [email protected] or via Whatsapp at +966534666677 and we will contact you within 3 working days.

13- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Check, and Gift Vouchers.

14- In case that one of the clauses contained in the terms and conditions of Sultan Garden Center conflicts with applicable regulation or legal system, the clause will be canceled or replaced by Sultan Garden Center in accordance with the regulation or system determined by the relevant authorities.

15- The law of Saudi Arabia applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by Sultan Garden Center. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be exclusively settled by the Court of Saudi.

16- All rights and entitlements stipulated for Sultan Garden Center in this Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties.

1.  Gift Voucher is valid only for one transaction / one-time use.

2.  Gift Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

3.  If the product that was purchased with this Gift Voucher were to be returned, customer will not be given a refund of Gift Voucher value in cash, but the product can be exchanged with another product that is available, with the same value as the Gift Voucher used.

4.  Points can't be collected on transactions paid for using vouchers.

5.  Gift Voucher is valid until the expiry date

These Terms and Conditions shall be valid and void of their prior forms of commercial representation, oral agreements or other understandings unless otherwise specified in this particular product or service.

By using the Website Services you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

You may never violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, for example (but not limited to) the following:

Access to information that is not assigned to you, access to an Internet server or an account that you are not authorized to use officially.

Try to explore or test the ability of the system, network, or protection levels without being authorized to do so.

Attempting to interfere or interfere with the service provided to any other user, host or network, including but not limited to spreading and sending viruses to the website, overloading the site, sending unsolicited messages, spamming or any other means that may harm the integrity of the network.
