Ruellia tuberosa which is a shrub that reaches approximately 80 cm in growth with violet flowers that appear throughout the year. They are soil covers if planted densely around each other. It is one of the plants that attract butterflies.
The rolia multiplies by division and cuttings, and the seeds that come out after the growth of the fruit is completed and exposed to wetness, so that it pops, scattering the seeds in every direction.
