The tiger skin plant is native to tropical West Africa, and it has several species that vary in size and color of their leaves. It can be grown in pots as indoor plants. In the favorable conditions, it can produce fragrant flowers, it is fast-growing and multiplies by its small growths protruding from the base of the stem when it contacts the ground. The successor can be removed and planted directly if it contains roots, and if it does not contain roots, the succession can be dried for two or three days in a shaded place and then planted in order to avoid the rotting of the tail.
