White sails plant or peace lily and its scientific name (Spathiphyllum wallisii), and is considered one of the plants that purify the air, and it has names in Arabic, including: white sails, peace lily, and white flag, evergreen perennial, its stems arise directly from the soil, its leaves are dark green, and large, ranging from 20 cm in length and 7 cm in width, with a distinctive middle vein, from which branch feathery veins emerge, producing small white flowers that are carried on a thin stem, and embraced by a bright white paper called Qanaba, which is the reason for the Arabic name. Next to the original plant, it can be separated from the original plant and planted in the soil if it has a root system, otherwise it is placed in a container of water so that the lower part of it is immersed in it until the roots form and then it is planted in the permanent soil.
