It is an outside plant of the yearly plants which is grown every year in spring to bloom in summer in its wonderful colors and strange forms. It is also called plumed cockscomb or (silver cock's comb). Its flowers are velvet with wonderful texture, unique in their type. It is grown in house and public gardens and is easy to be propagated by seeds and can produce hundreds of small black seeds. It is sensitive to cold and does not bear the intensity of wind and excess irrigation as it may rot, so excess irrigation shall not be done to it.
