Bright, Indirect Light. Prefers bright light but should be shielded from intense, direct sunlight, especially during midday, to prevent scorching the variegated leaves. It can tolerate lower light, but the variegation will become less pronounced.

Moderate. Allow the top $2-3$ cm of soil to dry out between waterings. Reduce watering in the winter. Avoid letting the plant sit in standing water to prevent root rot.
